These two images, the cover and the one page (Orange Tree) can be studied and deciphered to uncover a word or phrase.

The first hunter to submit the correct answer to the email provided will receive the prize, in this case, a Rare Coco Bolo wood and ivory inlay locket with a secret opening mechanism. The locket is truly stunning and is a functional replica from the film "The Illusionist" brown wood, with 24k gold workings and an ivory butterfly on the front and back.
